Refund Policy

1. Refunds & AI Credits

AI baby portrait generations consume AI credits and are not refundable once generation has commenced. If you were charged in error, please reach out to our team at support@babygenai.com with your order email and Paddle transaction ID.

2. Subscription Trial & Cancellation

Our $2.99 USD Pro trial grants 3 generations over 3 days, after which your subscription renews at $19.99 USD per month. To avoid the recurring fee, cancel your subscription before the 3-day trial period ends. A Starter plan is also available at $9.99 USD per month with 50 generations per billing period. Unused monthly generations expire at the end of each billing period.

You can cancel anytime directly through the billing link in your receipt email, inside your account settings, or by contacting our support team. Once cancelled, you will retain access until the end of your prepaid period.

3. Paddle Merchant of Record

All payments and refunds are handled through Paddle.com Market Ltd, our Merchant of Record. In addition to our direct customer support, Paddle can assist you directly with billing disputes and refund requests via paddle.net.

4. European Union & UK Statutory Withdrawal Rights

Under EU consumer protection directives, consumers normally possess a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal. For immediate digital content synthesis, you expressly agree that generation commences immediately upon order completion. Refunds are not offered for consumed AI credits.
