Privacy Policy

1. Introduction & Overview

AI Baby Generator ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy and treating uploaded personal imagery with the highest degree of security, discretion, and compliance under the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), UK GDPR, and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).

2. Information We Collect

  • Account Data: When you authenticate or register, we collect your email address for account access and verification.
  • Uploaded Photos: The two reference photos (father and mother) you upload strictly to generate the baby portrait. They are never written to storage.
  • Payment Data: Handled securely by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. We do not process, collect, or store your credit card numbers or banking credentials.
  • Technical Telemetry: Anonymized server logs, browser type, device information, and IP address for fraud prevention and rate limiting.

3. Biometric & Facial Data Notice (US / EU Standards)

Notice under Illinois BIPA, Texas CUBI, California CPRA & EU GDPR Article 9:

Uploaded photographs are processed solely by ephemeral AI image models to synthesize imaginative fictional baby portraits.

We do NOT extract biometric faceprints to uniquely identify individuals, track individuals across services, sell facial geometry, or train foundation models on user uploads.

4. Storage & 30-Day Auto-Purge Policy

To enable you to access, download, and review your generated results across sessions, your finished portrait is stored in encrypted private storage with an automatic 30-day expiration policy. The two parent photos you upload are used only to generate the portrait and are never written to storage.

After 30 days from creation, files are permanently deleted automatically from our storage systems. You may also request immediate manual deletion at any time by contacting our privacy team.

5. Sub-processors & Infrastructure Partners

  • Cloud infrastructure provider (USA/EU): Hosting, serverless AI inference, and encrypted storage.
  • Paddle.com Market Ltd (UK): Reseller and Merchant of Record for billing, tax compliance, and payment processing.

6. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to:

  • Request access to your stored personal information.
  • Request immediate deletion (Right to be Forgotten) of your photos and account.
  • Opt out of any marketing or non-essential communications.
  • Lodge a complaint with your local Data Protection Authority.
