Generated portraits are deleted automatically after 30 days. To request earlier deletion, email us from the address on your account and tell us which portrait or account you want removed.
Billing and subscriptions
Payments, invoices and subscriptions are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. You can manage your plan and payment method from the billing portal in your account. If you cannot access it, email us.
Privacy questions
For access, deletion or other privacy requests, email us and we will help. Our Privacy Policy explains what we store and for how long.
